What do you see as the biggest task for the EURO 2008's organisation in terms of Zürich's population?
What concerns must be addressed, and which critical points still have to be handled by those responsible?
As hosts and part of the European Football Championship, the population of Zürich places its own demands. Meeting these demands, such as involving local trade or restricting noise emissions in residential districts, while offering all target groups a unique experience, poses a challenge. The project organisers try to take into account all concerns as well as they possibly can.
An important milestone in organisational terms is 2 December 2007 (final draw); then we will know which teams will be playing in Zürich and be able to make appropriate adjustments to our concept in terms of traffic, security and public viewings.

What is the security concept in Zürich?
The subproject team responsible for security in the host city Zürich provided information on the status of preparations on 13 July 2007.
The national security concept was published on 31 March 2007 and can be downloaded from the following link: http:www.switzerland.com/de.cfm/media_corner
