The Limmat boat makes its way along the Limmat River, through the picturesque Old Town, towards Lake Zürich.

At dusk, the bank of Lake Zürich is bathed in the warm, reddish light of the setting sun, while the boats glide silently through the calm water.

After dark, Zürich is aglow with a myriad of colors; particularly attractive is the view from the water across the banks of the Limmat River, on which the Old Town is built.

Zürich’s imposing Bahnhofplatz is home to the historical building of the Main Train Station and the Alfred Escher monument.

Zürich is covered with a powdering of snow, while during the Advent season, the city is adorned with elegant Christmas decorations.
